Can I Return An Item After Receiving It?
You have 90 days from the documented date of delivery to notify us and organize the return of any product. All mystery box orders are non-refundable. If there are any product defects, please contact us for return shipping label, if there is nothing wrong and you just changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds may be denied if the returned item:
- Is not the exact item that left our warehouse
- Is not in its original condition
- Looks worn, washed, or used
- Is damaged upon arrival
Extra costs may be deducted from your refund if:
- Any stickers, tags, labels, certificates, packaging, etc. are not returned in their original state.
- You request a return shipping label from us (refunds exclude original shipping fees)
What To Do If I Receive Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries?
We will issue you a return shipping label for any returns that we are accountable for, i.e. sending an incorrect or damaged product. You can either request a replacement if available, refund, or another item of equal value.
